Q: How did you end up featuring in Part 2’s title song “Tomorrow”?
TY: This song was recorded the first day Tablo-hyung came to YG. He let me listen to the song and suggested that it would be great if I featured on it. And I liked the song so much that we began recording immediately that day.

TY: This was the first time working on music together, but I was aware that he had talked about me on broadcasts now and then when he was with Epik High. And I really like Epik High, too. I’m really happy that we’re in the same company now.

Q: This is your first collaboration with Tablo. A lot of people have been looking forward to it – how did you end up working together?
TY: Actually, this collaboration on “Tomorrow” happened very suddenly. The day Tablo hyung came to YG for the first time, I was in the studio as always. Hyung let me listen to this song and suggested that it would be great if I featured on it. It was a really good song, and I thought it would be a cool project, so I recorded it immediately, right then.
Q: What was the feeling you got when you first heard “Tomorrow’? What kind of emotion did you try to sing with?
TY: The message I got from this song was one of despair, that “there is no tomorrow for me without you.” I tried to express that.
Q: What kind of work would you like to do with Tablo from here on?
TY: I’m working with Tablo hyung in a lot of directions/areas for the solo album that I’ve been preparing since the middle of the year. I can’t say anything in detail yet, but we share a lot of conversations about music. I think it’s going to be an important/precious relationship for me musically.

The way he would treat it as if it were his own song, working toward perfection. And the way he had such a pure, child-like love and joy for the process of making music. It's so amazing seeing two hard-working artists collaborating together and learning from each other. This article makes me anticipate YB's solo album more and more :D

I didn't think it was possible to love Taeyang & Tablo more than I already do but guess I was wrong. Everyone gets so caught up in fan-wars, awards, concepts, youtube views etc that it is so refreshing to read an article about two artists who just have a strong passion for what they do which is to make music.
I love the spontaneity of this collaboration for this song, to me it feels like destiny or fate that Taeyang happened to be there in the studio (as always - lol) and Tablo was there for his first day and they decided right there and then to do it.
Reading through this article, it excites me to see what the future has install for Taeyang as a artist, to have such a force as Tablo amongst the awesome producers/musicians that YG already has will further help him develop and become a better artist.
I simply love love love what Tablo wrote about TY and goes to show that not only was he impressed with him before he joined the company but now he has a stronger feel and respect for TY after this collaboration.
I think these two are my favorite Kpop artists at the moment, I can't fault them at all.

I've seen that too! It's ridiculous. People know that Tablo has complete control over what goes into his music, and yet people come up with theories about how Tablo was forced to use Bae for a song. Now they know :)

Tablo joining YG is a two way mutual benefit and this shows to anyone who thought Tablo was 'selling out' or whatever unkind and unnecessary 'concerns' they had are unfounded. Tablo gets all the resources at his disposal and is surrounded by passionate artists who work hard, meanwhile everyone who gets to work with Tablo can experience working with (in my opinion) a lyrical genius and a grounded and thoughtful, expereinced, deep and quite wise man.
Their comments about each other give a good vibe and I hope they do produce more songs together and enjoy a great working and family relationship.

yea the man has always loved the voice of Taeyang.. and so everyone was wrong, Tablo himself asked Tae to listen to his song the first day he came to YG and suggested Tae sing in his song.. wow. they can say all they want but the truth is Tablo has always dreamed of working with Taeyang.
this year we had Team GG.. and now Team TT haha.. i hope Tomorrow can achieve the success "i had an affair" got.. that song was so huge on the charts then.
