On August 1, BIGBANG's Taeyang performed his solo song, "I Need A Girl", on Inkigayo. This performance will be the last stage for "I Need A Girl".
With his comeback last July 1, Taeyang's solo has climbed the charts and won on Inkigayo, Music Bank and M! Countdown. I Need A Girl also climbed international charts on iTunes.
Taeyang will continue his Japanese activities with Big Bang and start preparing for his solo concert scheduled in September. [Source: Newsen]
EDIT: YBMania asked/clarified the article to Newsen's writer. And it seems that what he actually meant is that Taeyang will TEMPORARILY suspend his solo activities for BIGBANG's upcoming Japanese activities.
